I finally had some time to take pictures of Butterick 4454 View A completed. Right after finishing it I wore it to church and then it ended up in the laundry. And then it ended up in the closet. I just realized I hadn't taken any photo's of it. I made a muslin of it back in July with another striped fabric to test the pattern. I ended up not putting the butterfly sleeves on and I changed up the arm hole binding using fabric on the bias. I considered doing that on the neckline also but didn't want it to end up too busy. This is one that actually looks better on me than the dress form. My sister helped me make the dress form over the spring and it is a little larger than me. I love it, but sometimes when I am making a very fitted piece of clothing in a fabric that has no stretch it can be less than accurate. For the most part it helps with fitting ease.
